Mount Oblong with Loop: A square or rectangular tree fern mount with loop, suitable for hanging. The loop is black plastic coated wire. The thickness of the tree fern is approximately 50mm. Available in Medium and Large - with dimensions approximately 400mm x 450mm, and 400mm x 550mm respectively.
The tree fern is ideal for mounting or potting orchids in. As a mount tree fern has advantages over timber or cork as (1) it holds moisture, (2) it allows the plant to grow through it and (3) it holds nutrients. The same advantages apply to using tree fern as a planter, as well as it being more attractive than a plastic pot.
