This species is commonly found on the east coast of Australia. From north of Cairns to the Illawarra just short of Victoria.
They grow as epiphytes and occasionally lithophytes.

Mounting

Step 1 – Select Stag and mount.

Step 2 – Drill a hole each side and just below centre of mount about 15cm(6″) apart.

Step 3 – Feed wire just under front two leaves and push up to centre of plant.

Step 4 – Feed wire through mount on both sides.

Step 5- Using pliers Pull wire tight and twist repeating until Stag is firmly held to board.

Step 6 – Trim wire ends and rotate back towards the board. Tap in with a hammer.
