Privacy Policy

All personal information shall be kept strictly confidential. Personal information shall not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

Refund Policy

If a product is out of stock the customer shall be refunded.

If the customer is unhappy with the products purchased, and returns them in good condition, then they may exchange for products of equal value. The customer shall bear the cost of shipment for return of products, and for shipment of replacement products.

Shipping Policy

All reasonable care is taken to send every product from our nursery in good condition, nevertheless, we accept no responsibility for freight damage, loss or late delivery. The purchaser is responsible for making claims against the transport company in these cases. Any queries in regards to goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery or they will not be recognised.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify The Hanging Garden of any special shipment requirements prior to ordering. The Hanging Garden is not responsible for any products confiscated by any authorities.

Pricing Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Policy

Terms of settlement are up front, or on pickup for customers with Retail accounts.

For customers with Wholesale or Trade accounts, unless another agreement is in place: terms of settlement are strictly 14 days, and there is a 2% service charge per month for overdue accounts.

Products remain the property of The Hanging Garden until paid for in full.

We wish to be advised of any problems in regard to payment promptly.

Liability

Our liability in all cases is limited to the purchase price of the products sold.
